Md. EMAMUL HASAN
A seasoned professional with a rich tapestry of experience spanning various industries and sectors. With a distinguished track record as Managing Director across a spectrum of companies under the SAMPAN umbrella, including real estate, trade, amusement, agriculture, and more, MD Emamul Hasan brings a wealth of expertise to any role he undertakes.
His journey isn’t just limited to business ventures; he has also made significant contributions to organizational leadership and industry associations. As a former Organizing Secretary of the Bangladesh Reconditioned Vehicles Importer & Dealer Association (BARVIDA) and Joint Secretary of the Bangladesh Arm’s Dealer & Importer Association (BADIA), he has demonstrated his commitment to fostering collaboration and advancement within the business community.
Furthermore, his involvement in various clubs and associations, such as Modhumoti Club Ltd. and the Bangladesh PABX Association, underscores his dedication to community engagement and networking.
Noteworthy is his tenure as an Ex-Banker at BRAC Bank Ltd., where he garnered accolades for outstanding sales performance. His achievements, including being awarded the Sales Performance 1st Award from BRAC Bank Ltd. in 2005 and the Sales Performance High Flyer Bonanza Campaign Award from Standard Chartered Bank in 2009, attest to his exceptional prowess in driving results and exceeding expectations.
Now, MD Emamul Hasan adds another feather to his cap as he joins Advance Procurement & Supply Chain Limited as a Director. With his strategic vision, extensive industry knowledge, and proven leadership acumen, he is poised to play a pivotal role in steering the company toward new heights of success and innovation.

Major Md. Zahidul Islam (Retd)
Major Md. Zahidul Islam (Retd) is a seasoned project management professional with an extensive background in large-scale project administration and strategic leadership. Over a distinguished 30-year career in the Bangladesh Army, he gained vast expertise in project planning, engineering management, organizational development, and risk management—skills that positioned him as a trusted leader in complex and high-impact initiatives.
Throughout his service, he contributed to several nationally significant mega projects, including the Padma Multipurpose Bridge Project (PMBP), Rehabilitation of Meghna-Gumti Bridge Project, Dhaka Elevated Expressway Project, Hatirjheel Project, and the Improvement of Dhanmondi Lake Project. His involvement in these transformative infrastructures reflects his commitment to excellence and deep understanding of multidisciplinary project environments.
In addition to domestic achievements, Major Zahidul Islam brings valuable international experience. He served for two years with the United Nations (UN) in a multicultural operational environment, enhancing his global perspective and collaborative capabilities. He also worked twice with Border Guard Bangladesh (BGB), gaining experience in trans-border security, bilateral coordination, and cross-functional administration.
Known for his leadership, integrity, and dedication, he is highly skilled in team building, training, and steering organizations toward growth and efficiency.
Major Md. Zahidul Islam (Retd) has now joined Sampan Group as the Executive Director, where he brings his decades of expertise and visionary leadership to guide the organization toward innovative development and long-term success.
